This week Mr.D’s chile art believes in true love’s kiss — Chiles Meet The Movies, The Princess Chile …
Monday Chile Art has been running on the SWD Facebook page for almost a year now. Check in every Monday for more here at Southwest Discovered.

The craft: First I look for a poster where I think a chile would fit the motif, and it amuses me. Using Photoshop CS6 on an iMac, I begin masking over the original poster. If the end result makes Amy laugh, that tells me my chile work is done! –Mr.D

Fun design of a cult classic movie. Hello! My name is Inigo Montoya! You killed my father! Prepare to eat chiles! Keep the cool designs going.
Starlifter, thanks! More holiday and chile flicks coming soon!
INCONCEIVABLE! How are you doing these designs? (We keep using that word. Perhaps it does not mean what we think it means. But you get the drift)
Shannon & Drew, we get your drift. Ha!
Well as much fun and cleverness as the Halloween chile posters were, I am glad the scary season is over. The Princess Chile is so cute and sweet, I love that movie. Can’t wait to see what you create now that the holidays are around the corner.
June, you are reading our minds. Mr.D has some great holiday and chile flicks coming up soon.
Awwww I love this movie! This is true love – you think this happens every day? As you wish. 🙂
Monica, we love it, too. Thanks for the nice comment! #chilelove
