We’ve been way behind on the Moscow Mule trend. So thankfully our friend K8 whipped up a batch of her own to bring us up to speed. They. Are. SO. Good! What a light fresh combination. And those copper mugs … we get it. They really keep them icy arctic cold on a hot summer day.
Traditional Mules are vodka, ginger beer and lime. Now that Colorado Palisade peaches are showing up in our markets, K8’s recipe calls for peach and regular vodka with ginger beer and lime, garnished with lime and peach slice. We’re sipping in style here in the Mancos Valley.
Cheers everybody!

Wow!!!! I can’t believe everyone is now having fun with this drink!! Excellent! Threw in peach vodka one day when I didn’t have enough plain vodka! Who would’ve known. Born in Mancos!!
K8, we love happy accidents especially when it involves a new cocktail! Bravo you!
